Refund & Cancellation Policy | LuxuryDrop™

At LuxuryDrop™, we are committed to delivering high-end digital experiences. Because our products and services are digital and custom-made, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency.

Digital Products & Custom Services

Since our offerings include 3D cinematic website intros, custom sound design, and bespoke digital assets, all sales are final once the work has commenced.

Custom Projects: Because these services are tailored specifically to your brand identity, we cannot offer refunds once the design and development process has started.

Digital Files: Once a digital asset or file has been delivered to you, it is non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

We believe in collaboration. If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us at marine.club48@gmail.com immediately.

If the project has not yet entered the production phase, a cancellation may be possible (subject to a processing fee).

If production has already begun, no refund will be issued as resources and creative time have been allocated to your brand.

Quality & Revisions

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the final digital asset does not align with the specifications agreed upon in our initial consultation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make the necessary adjustments to ensure the quality meets our LuxuryDrop™ standards.

Exceptions

This policy applies to all digital services and custom-designed assets. Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
